Since 2010, PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL kept on growing by taking equity stakes in the capital of new companies, enabling our company to broaden its field of action and share adventures with other entrepreneurial partners.

PROMAR LASHING AND HANDLING, managed by Fabien LECOURT, a company specialising in lifting, industrial handling and maritime dunnage grabbing, was created in September 2010 and continues its growth by currently having 2 arm trucks.

PROVERMARINE SHIPPING AGENCIES also celebrated its 10th anniversary on 1st September 2020. Julien MAITIA and his team of shipping agents consign mainly cereals vessels on the Seine axis.

In 2013, PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL set up in the South of France, in FOS/LAVERA, SETE and PORT LA NOUVELLE by creating its subsidiary PROMARMED INTERNATIONAL, specialised in ship consignment, headed by Eric VELLA.

At the end of 2013, PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL created its subsidiary PROMARBULK, specialising in bulk ship chartering.

In 2015, PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL had the opportunity to acquire 50% of the capital of AIRWAN INTERNATIONAL, thus ensuring the marketing of the group's air transport.

In 2016, the opportunity to obtain the status of shipowner with the creation of PROMARITIME GUYANE arose, since then an average of 25,000 passengers embark each year from Kourou to the islands of salvation in French Guiana.

Since 2017, PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL began its implantation in Africa by creating the companies PROMARITIME GABON and PROMARITIME COTE D'IVOIRE. This was followed in early 2019 by the creation of PROMARGUINEE.

The year 2019 continued with the creation of PROMODULAR BUILDING under the leadership of Fabrice BOULIER. On the 31st December 2020, the business had over 300 rental units.

Building such a strong network over the last 10 years has enabled the PROMARITIME INTERNATIONAL group to represent more than 70 employees worldwide.
